MEET THE TEAM
Danny Ryan has over 23 years of business development, sales, and management experience. He has been responsible for developing and maintaining successful contracting relationships with major retailers, general contractors and industrial hygiene firms. Mr. Ryan has extensive experience in forming proven relationships with building owners and facilities engineering personnel, problem-solving, and contract negotiation. Mr. Ryan manages all aspects of the business including lead production, estimating, staff management, and overseeing field operations personnel.
Director of Operations
William McFarland has been in heavy construction, hazardous material remediation and abatement for over 20 years. He has managed projects and responded to disasters all around the world. Having started in the field, he has a real-world outlook on job performance, team management, project completion and client relations. William has extensive experience in building teams, supporting ownership and balancing the field and the office. He manages all pieces of the company from accounting to sales and production. No job is too small and leveraging that attitude he has been able to bring a level of accountability to the Precision team that has elevated them to one of the best demolition and abatement companies in southern California.
Director of Safety
Mike Sheets has over 22 years in firefighting and emergency medical service. Having served as an engine company captain and a paramedic team leader for 13 years, he has proven to be a focused leader, capable of handling even the most stressful situations with utmost calm and consistency. He plays a crucial role in Precision's operations through oversight of site inspections, onsite training, equipment evaluation, and documentation reviews. His work ensures optimal manpower assignment and safe execution of each project.
Director of Safety
Janet Dean has been employed in the construction industry for 30 years and oversees the administrative functions of Precision including contract administration, insurance and bonding, bid proposals, licensing and compliance issues. Janet’s role intersects with all areas of the company and she works to ensure both internal and external requests are handled timely and accurately.
Francisco Meza has been in the hazardous materials abatement and demolition industry since 1989. He has managed various types of demolition and environmental remediation projects and has extensive knowledge in all areas of the hazardous remediation field including asbestos abatement, lead abatement, PCB’s, mercury, Freon gas containerization and their disposal, as well as soil remediation and oily waste segregation disposal.
Spencer Taylor has over 20 years of construction industry experience in various roles including sales, operations management, project management, purchasing, scrap recovery, and recycling. He played a key management role in the demolition and decommissioning of a former U.S. Steel plant in Vineyard, Utah. Mr. Taylor’s long experience in the industry and wide network of contacts amongst subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers contribute to Precision’s ability to offer its clients the best means, methods and approach to any project.
