Kelvin Severino started his career as a demolition and remediation laborer in the field and has worked his way up the ranks to where he is now, the President/ CEO of Precision Contracting. Having served six years in the military, Kelvin treats every project like a mission. The discipline, work ethic, focus, and ability to work under pressure makes him prime time for leading our company through the most complex projects around the country.

Janet Dean has been employed in the construction industry for 30 years and oversees the administrative functions of Precision including contract administration, insurance and bonding, bid proposals, licensing and compliance issues. Janet’s role intersects with all areas of the company and she works to ensure both internal and external requests are handled timely and accurately.

Francisco Meza

Field Manager

Francisco Meza has been in the hazardous materials abatement and demolition industry since 1989. He has managed various types of demolition and environmental remediation projects and has extensive knowledge in all areas of the hazardous remediation field including asbestos abatement, lead abatement, PCB’s, mercury, Freon gas containerization and their disposal, as well as soil remediation and oily waste segregation disposal.

Spencer Taylor

Operations Manager

Spencer Taylor has over 20 years of construction industry experience in various roles including sales, operations management, project management, purchasing, scrap recovery, and recycling. He played a key management role in the demolition and decommissioning of a former U.S. Steel plant in Vineyard, Utah. Mr. Taylor’s long experience in the industry and wide network of contacts amongst subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers contribute to Precision’s ability to offer its clients the best means, methods and approach to any project.
